What happens when you click the big ”Check for game update” button? You can also try toggling the full client download on and off, sometimes you just need to trick a piece of software into touching a file once and it will figure things out for itself.
I already tried this but doesnt work.
Idk why but suddenly Windows Firewall started blocking EVE Launcher. I disable it and now it works.
