The launcher would not open if you are running 5120x2880 screen resolution. It will give you a black window forever. And when I set the resolution to 5120x2160, it will show up immediately. The game can run at 5120x2880 resolution without any problems, just the launcher will not open, if you don’t lower your resolution to 5120x2160.

Weird. Well, you should probably file a bug report.
I found where the problem is. If you turn off “hardware rendering” options for launcher, it will run without any problems at 5120X2880 resolution. So I guess it is the issue about the graphic render of launcher? any way, turn off this option work for me.
How do you get around the miniature cursor issue?
