Launcher is full screen and has erratic behaviour

Hi CCP.

For a while now my launcher has been having a variety of issues including being permanent full screen and showing signs of erratic behaviour, especially when trying to minimize it.

I have tried reinstalling the game but the issues persists.

I would appreciate any suggestions or tricks.

What version are you running in? Beta or Release?

Can you please also provide some details about what kind of setup you are running? Mac or PC? Is it 4K? What resolution are you running in?
