Launcher is stuck at downloading updates.
This button is constantly switching between “Check for game update” and “Installing update” with no updating.
This problem started after I couldn’t log in with my accounts and it was written “Connection to server was lost. For advice on possible troubleshooting…”. So I started verifying my game files in launcher settings, and since then here I am.
Can’t really help you. Sometimes i have this error popup and then i restart the launcher and it works again.
You could try to just install the latest launcher over your installation. Sometimes it gets corrupt or you didn’t get the lastest one for whatever reason. The current version is at 1.12.1.

If that doesn’t get your existing installation working again (in addition to things like verify game files), then i can only suggest to delete everything and do reinstallation.
Or if you are patient enough, you could do a support ticket with CCP.
Yes, I reinstalled the game but launcher still wouldn’t download anything. But today (the next day) everything works. I think the problem was from my ISP. Now it all works. Thank you.
