Are there any Legacy Rorquals in High Sec?
I know i have seen one in High Sec but I can’t remember if it was an event or player.

Would it be worth CCP’s effort to revive these ships as invulnerable for promotional purposes?
They already are effectively invulnerable. You’re not ganking the Veldnaught any time soon. If you go to Amarr when Chribba happens to be on and not busy chances are he’ll show it for you. He has a bunch of collectors items.
Also lesser known fact, in addition to the Veldnaught in Amarr, I have a bunch of other dreads and carriers in another high-sec system close by.
These were built using a POS and a LSAA before CCP removed them from high-sec. Domain is a hotspot for high-sec captials 
And of course there will always be that debate (from me lol) about the legitimacy of any other ships since some of the ones in high-sec were misplaced by GM’s and other reasons they end up there after the changes, whilst mine were built while mechanics allowed for them to be built there.

I have to admit, while I want to see these “relics” 
used for promotional tools, it would not matter to a new player…
