Let Players Distinguish Structures in Personal Assets

I’d like to be able to nickname, color code, or otherwise distinguish the structures where I have my stuff. Where I live in New Eden, we have Fortizars and Azbels and so on, and they’ve all got appropriately funky names my corp and alliance have chosen for them. Problem is, “Funko’s Dizzy Disco” and “The Twerpmobile” (not their actual names) doesn’t tell me what those structures are actually for.

While that’s fine for some things, I’d like to be able to look at the collapsed view of my Personal Assets and see “Funko’s Dizzy Disco” is where I do my industry, and “The Twerpmobile” is where I have my combat ships. Yes, I could look at the assets in those structures and make that determination, but I’d rather be able to do it at a glance, and when you’ve got stuff spread out over the universe, it can be difficult to keep track of it all.

When I was in school, we were required to get covers for our textbooks. Without being able to read the titles, we had to find ways to distinguish them. Often students would color code their covers. Green was their favorite subject, red was their least favorite, etc. Whatever system they worked out for themselves, they were able to keep six or seven subjects straight without trouble. In the same way, if we had the option to pick a color for a station’s bar in the Personal Assets, it could make it easier to recall what that station is used for.

it gets even worse when those worthless structure names are on the asset safety wraps that you can’t even see inside when you come back to the game half a year later

It’s not the worst idea - gets my vote.
