Is this and Prototype and Experimental versions still in game (the BPs rather than the module as I see them on market)?
The only reference I can find about them is way back in 2014. Even there it doesnt mention if they are BPCs or BPOs, although I image BPCs as it says they are found in low sec exploration.
Yes. They can be found by running Besieged Covert Research sites found in lowsec. These sites are dangerous. I recommend doing some research on them before you go.
