  1. Open Task Manager
  2. Go to Performance Tab
  3. Watch if anything maxes out at 100% while you’re experiencing stuttering.

I experience stuttering when I first log in and first leave a station because my old HDD hits 100% activity while it’s moving data to RAM or the GPU. The GPU isn’t the only possible bottleneck in your system.
