Not only with Local Chat, but with chat generally.
Especially Fleet Chat today very often didn’t appears, even after restart clients / launcher : /

What channels / posts should I follow on Reddit, Twitter, etc … to stay up to date on these issues ?
chat bookmarks take ages to load.
Remember when CCP Falcon said they would revert the chat back to the old server if it still had problems after a few months?
Yeah CCP Falcon said a lot of things.
