That’s the thing isn’t it. People cry about others taking “easy” kills (miners and PvE ships) without thinking about all the prep work and/or skill it takes to make those kills easy and “safe”. As if billions of real life hunters throughout history don’t deserve to feel good about hunting a defenseless deer cause they were skilled enough to track it down and surprise it.
you are obviously ignorant to what i have and haven’t tried
so yes i have done it for quite sometime and its not very fun nor is it ever actually 1v1.
the only reason i do it is when im extra bored and feel obligated to play the game. I always die and it always goes the same way no matter what ship or what time of day. I either get blobbed or say i do find a person they have friends : /
they already exist but to be frank are a bit ■■■■
How it should be , at least for the experienced guys :] new players can have it a bit easier.
I find it a highly dubious and unlikely claim that “10x more pvp than normal” is occurring anywhere in eve right now.
■■■■■■■■ talking where r they at, we will see that whenit clrs less ppl will be on everyday
Talk to people and look around yourself. There are wrecks everywhere. It’s quite the sight to see.
In the place where I would normally ticker tanked I was engaged by the locals at once. This is my personal observation.
@CCP_Falcon why merge my topic to boycot ccp for nulsec miners into this discussion topic it are 2 different topics
What is the point in seeding a market, when there is no ISK generation to pay for anything? A PvP only universe is inherently a death spiral as all the ISK goes down the sink. It will get to the point where there’s an expectation the seeding will become cheaper and cheaper, to the point where the ships might as well be free. In that situation all PvP is meaningless, since it has no cost to replace.
Would Eve be any better if there was another clone state ( say Gamma ) where all ships were free and PvP could be done 24/7 and all the useless PvE content ( missions, mining, having to make isk, buying stuff ) could be avoided?
Reason it was safer is the relay of communication that made it hard for would be gankers to have it so easy, Coordination between Corp members it what makes the difference allows a response to the gankers and hell it even provides PVP maybe just not the way they wished.
You don’t see anything like that in Highsec one reason why ganking there is so popular, If you want easy target maybe you should head to Highsec
Why merge the discussion about no local with the other discussion about no local?
aka automated bot alarm warning
apparently you are not aware of the trend in free to play gaming. if you want stuff, you have to pay real money for it. CCP would gamble that people will buy mods and ships in the New Eden store. I didn’t say it would work, but it is the direction they appear to be moving along with many other MMO’s that recently have disappeared
Not automatic lol , Fleet channels work on people feeding info not automatic gathering , or are you ignorant on this.
And bot not reading local ?
An average crab was watching netflix or was even physically AWAY from his computer. He certainly wasn’t monitoring intel channels.
I hate bots as much as anyone else , but not everyone out there is a bot .
sure, but using automated warnings while you are outside gardening isn’t much better.
