Removing and adding my account worked for me too. I guess the launcher has a bug in it that prevents it from refreshing the token for an existing login(or maybe all refresh tokens expired).
I noticed a message when i logged into the forums that CCP is working on a log in issue so i guess they have wisened up on the problem. At least it can be worked around.
