Authentication Failed - Unable to log into Launcher and Website (all accounts)

Good morning,

Is anybody else having issues logging into EVE? I am unable to open my clients from the launcher, and even tried logging into the EVE Website, which is also failing. I have checked EVE Status, and seems no issues have been raised, but even after rebooting my PC, I cannot launch. I tried adding my accounts again to the launcher, same issue. This is happening on all my accounts - please assist.

Me too, I cleared my cache and logged out to fix a glitched portrait then that popped up when I tried tp log back in, thought I did something wrong

I can confirm this is happening to me. Location US.

I have the same error with one of my accounts.

Same problem here on all accounts, dropping active player numbers if you look at Eve Offline page.

I have the same issue, with all my accounts.

Same here - 2 accounts unable to log in (game and website).

same issue 2 acc

Same, launcher and website auth down.

Yes !! I am having the same problem

Same here. North America.

And the forum seems to be on the deathbed as well.

Same in Germany, Launcher doesn’t allow the startup of new clients.

This new, modern Tech really is a great thing, innit? So much more reliability and stability. Reminds me of the Beta days.

Same here all accounts.

Reported. The Devs are on it

Same for me, 2 accounts from the UK.

two of the three accounts are not working =(

I guess no need for more “same for me”

issue is 100% on their side and they are probably working on it

Could not refresh token for ‘..’ on ‘tranquility’ SSO responded with an invalid status code: 503 - Service Unavailable T [InvalidSingleSignOnResponseError]: SSO responded with an invalid status code: 503 - Service Unavailable

Give me my EVE, I’m going through withdrawal…

Same exact situation. I even tried installing the standalone client (I usually use Steam) but no dice. The login dialogue fails to appear on practically all EVE services. Thank god this one still works (kind of)
