You may want to consider TCAM. We are a good group of guys with presence in a low class WH. Plenty of content that changes up every day. We can help you learn and make some solid isk without major doctrine requirements or a lot of CTAs.
Taxes are low and infrastructure is present in the hole or in high sec to do Indy stuff if you have the urge.
