I’m looking to take over a small personal corporation established 2019 or earlier (prefer earlier). Should be pretty straightforward, subject to the following:

  1. Before ownership change, corp must have no other members, other than you, the remaining director
  2. Prior to payment, must add designated toon as a director. After payment, you’ll remove yourself from the corp.
