is there any freeport KS left in Low Sec after the Basgerin has fallen?

Two ways you can find this out:

  1. Since you posted in “Market Discussions” one might assume your searching for a market hub. Thus looking into the Market Hub list will give you one hit matching your criteria. Currently the 18th biggest market hub.

  2. If it doesn’t need to be a market, then filtering the structure list to your needs will provide the answer as well. Like this.

No guarantee that the data is complete though, but hope it helps anyways.
