I was thinking to spin a tengu in some 6/10 DED sites in gurista region in lowsec. Are there any channels or groups that are selling these? Or i just need to farm Rally Points?

anyway u want if farm through rally point then that depends on ur luck if u don’t want to waste ur time in the rally point it’s better u try to find people selling it.
