Guristas 10/10 Tengu fit?

Im looking to do some guristas deds in sov space but I have no ships capable of doing that atm

Someone suggested a tengu but failed to share a fit for it.

Anyone got a working fit?

Or alternative ships but cant fly a loki or proteus and would prefer NOT to use rattles or other slow/big ships.

The Tengu losses should give you some inspiration.
