Hey all, I’m looking for solid fits for Guristas 5/10’s.
Currently I’m more skilled into Galente, not too many points in missiles or projectiles. And a mix of shield and armour skills.
Any help is much appreciated.
Cheaper the better really as I’ll be going into LS but I can bling if needs be.
Gila if you have time. Probably will need to bounce 1-2 times in last room. Stratios is also good. If you are lucky and land far enough from beacon. You can pull range cloaked and then snipe overseer. Vedmak can do it. Other than that it’s probably BS or t3c.
Biggest issue are stasis towers. Once you kill them, you can speed tank whole room in cruiser.
I use a Rook for Guristas/Serpentis 5/10 when running in low sec. It’s natural Tech II resistances help out a lot and it is immune to dscan.

A bit on the expensive at about 750 millions for ship + fit, however you can shave off 300 mill by using tech 2 BCUs instead, at the cost of a small increase to site completion time. I wouldn’t downgrade the tank as it just holds long enough for you to take it out the stasis towers in the last room and pick up some speed.
I wouldn’t use combat drones with this ship as at best they only add about 100 dps and they can be seen on dscan which defeats the purpose of using this ship.
With the precision scripts, you can use rage missiles on everything, frigs die in two volleys, destroyers pop in one, most cruisers die in three, and battlecruisers pop in four. I didn’t count the shots needed for the battleships but with my skills I get 570 dps at 34 km. The javelin missiles are only needed to kill the stasis towers in the last room.
This ship has been serving me in low well, I have never been probed while using it even in some of the more occupied low sec systems, just so long as I can get off the gate without being seen.

Passive Tengu works too. AB always and kill the jammers first.
EM shield hardener isn’t required during the site but adds some overall versatility to the fit.
