From what i have read your gamestyle fits VERY well with what we are also doing atm out of venal. Plus you would be a good asset for our us timezone pilots so you can form better fleets and whatnot.
I would also not be against you being responsible for being our rookie corp and i would be more than happy to help you recruit youngsters for you to take care off
