Is there any documents made public which allow me to copy/paste a buy all order that could say, seed a null sec market. Few of every t1 ship, guns, ammo, drones etc etc etc. Does anything like this exist?

Edit: is there an easy way to set all these sell orders quickly without having to set every price manually in the sell all window
