Needs more purple!
I totally understand why you want to use a Marshall.
I use one on my main as a 10/10 runner (Used it in Angel space now in Drone)
I used a Widow before because i did no like The usuall travel in a BS in 0.0 so i trained my alt into a Tengu (CovOps Nullified 650dps pve with cov cyno) and he light up a cyno for my PVE BlackOp.
My Marshall does 1150dps atm and i can run 10/10 usually within 2 ticks.(with my Tengu alt)
But i have to say i do BlackOp 10/10 since 3 years and i never lost one (beside my first attempt in a Sin that The Boss oneshotted because Sin has no buffer) to Npc or players (i have my plan 
)and made a shot ton of isk.
Full set Kaikka Cruise Missile
Abyssal Officer BallisticControll and so on.
But it is a Badass ship at The end…and it funny to say my main money maker cost more than a usually supercarrier 
I mean The isk have to go somewhere.

But in HS i woud never use it…totally gank worthy just for The killmail.
In 0.0 i totally feel save i have my order how to handle neuts with combat scanner and what my Escape plan looks like…my heart never skips a beat flying this thing
