10 million skill points (might be waived for the right candidate, come talk to us anyway!)
ESI registration on our character monitoring application for all characters
Full ESI check and voice interview
Be self-sufficient with a plan on how to support yourself in new space
A positive and mature attitude
Be able to fly interceptors and willing to train into doctrine ships
Long term goals in the game
The ability to make at least 2 PvP fleets a week on average (we understand real life happens sometimes)
An active killboard with minimal lousy losses

Yesterday, one of our seniors held a carrier course for our members with great attendance and very positive feedback. There are many opportunities to learn new skills or tactics with Astrotech. We offer lecture courses with available handouts and websites, practical experience on the test server or in tranquility and many others. We are always looking for ways to improve our members, new and veteran.
With the new blackout in 0.0 coming, a lot of questions are being asked and plans formulated. Our stance as the most important thing for our members is working in numbers. We are so very proud to fly with a good group of people so the blackout will not have a huge impact on our operations, and will actually improve our pvp content. What an interesting weekend in null sec! PVP content was high, and our members took advantage of it. With the uncertainty of local, our group has bonded together even more to develop a solution that serves the individuals and the group as a whole. We’ve spent a lot of time developing some new pvp tactics the last couple weeks. As the head of military operations I look forward to teaching our pilots new roles which contribute to the next top notch operations.
