Hi, I’m not sure I’m reading it right or do something wrong with my newly purchased MCT certificate. If I read correct, I can train 2 additional characters on my account, besides my main character, I have started training on my second character now, but when I try my third character on my account, it denies me and tell that I need to pause one of the other characters, am I doing something wrong, or did I misunderstood the purpose of the MCT?

Where it says:
Double Your Training
Train up to two additional characters without pausing skill training on your main character.
so 1 MCT certificate only allows you to train your “main” and one other character on that same account.
Yes it would seem so even though it says “2 additional characters” in the text
it says that for all the MCT packages..
thats the tricky part of the whole thing.. it doesn’t say “train two additional characters”
Yes it does, the difference for the packages is the subscription length of the current package ranging from 1 month to 12 months, but each package delivers the same, 2 addtional characters besides your main 
essentially the 12 month would give you 6 months training on one, and 6 on another.
where as 2 would allow you to skill up the 2 additional characters
Activate one or more certificates to get up to two more skill queues per account!
Keyword ‘up to’ more skill queues per account.
By default you can only train one character. With one MCT certificate you can activate one additional training queue for one month.
With for example a pack of 3 MCT certificates you can either train one additional character for 3 months, or for example train one for two months and your third character for one month.
So to activate training queues on all three characters on your account you need at least 2 MCT certificates activated at the same time.

I agree it isn’t entirely clear, but if it were allowing you to train both extra characters by default we would have seen “TRIPLE YOUR TRAINING” advertised.
It says ‘up to two additional characters’ because you can stack two MCT to train two alts, not because you open the training queue on all three characters with a single MCT.
But still a bit confusing.
(And that isn’t the only confusing part: MCT used to be tradable items “Multiple Pilot Training Certificate” that you could use to activate that extra training queue. When you buy MCT now you no longer buy tradable items but can only redeem it directly on the account you bought it on, but you can still buy some of the old certificates on the in-game martket.)

If I had to write a description it would be something like:
MCT
Add or extend an additional training queue, up to a max of 2 additional queues. Multiple MCT certificates can be activated at a time to be applied to a single queue all at once. Account must have an existing subscription (paid or PLEX’d) to be used.
Now that last part I don’t know if this is actually the case but I could imagine it being the case.
