Metalevel in ESI interface differs from ingame

There’s an type with ID = 52236. It’s “Zorya’s Light Entropic Disintegrator”. When I get it’s info with ESI, I got attribute 663 = 8.

But ingame it’s 12! It’s not the only issue, it’s regular. Also I can get metalevel 0 instead of 12, like type=52242. Is it a DB issue?
