A question for all you miners,
Should the Metanox be removed from the game, or should it evolve?
Before you all shoot me, just think about it. Since the Metanox became a thing, pyro has increased in price. Stock piles have lowered, and CCP constantly looking at fixing the issue.
Not to mention all the mining that we are missing out on, and all the chances to catch miners on a moon gone.
Now let me suggest something and give me your opinion on it.
What if the Metanox Moon Drill works just like the Atahnor does. It pulls in a chunk and blows it up, leaving a field to be mine or not. Mean while the Metanox also mines with Drones, lasers or something to that effect. But it mines at a slower pace where most of the ore would be wasted because it would despawn before being able to mine it out. Amounts mined can be the same as they are set now. But the remainder of the chunk can be mined manually for all of us miners to enjoy.
Now I see this fixing some of the pyro issue as miners refine the goo we get the pyro from it. Hence the supply would increase and relieve some pressure on the price over time.
I see this as a good way to fix a problem that the Metanox created while giving us miners more to mine and more chances for some PVP as some of us get caught on a moon.
