Do you mean that you want to be able to find the vuln timer with a data analyzer? Or that it should give you free stuff for using a data analyzer on it?
Based on the typical poster of “new and great ideas” in this thread, My 50 ISK is on him wanting to be able to steal from one of these without an alarm going off letting everyone for 2 systems know he’s there.

Oh, I’ve been here for a long time. Took a few years off after I sold my last primary/main alt combo and made this character buying skill injectors when they were new from the isk I made selling them.
Came back to the game less than a year ago, and back to the forums just recently. These forums haven’t changed a bit. Still the same shitposting as it was ten to fifteen years ago. Same topics, same reasoning.
