It appears Aiko was unable to fulfill her contractual obligations thus no ISK for her.
How embarrassing for her that her service is completely unreliable and incompetent. She had several opportunities to kill the target, yet failed multiple times.
Even more hilarious that the last time she outright just ran away after warping to grid with the target because she was powerless and afraid to even attempt the gank. Leaving scared and humiliated.
