Are you offering me 100 million or asking for 100 million? It’s not worth it to me to pay for it. I just wanted to let people know the kill right was for sale. I feel like there should be a place to advertise that. If you want to hunt him down, feel free. I used to set the cost to 1 ISK, because I didn’t really care, but then I had someone once actually buy the kill right and I thought, well, maybe I should get a few more ISK out of it. Trouble is, I don’t exactly know why anyone would pay for a kill right. But apparently some people do. Whatever floats your boat.
I’ve already replaced everything. I don’t need the money. I just thought there should be a place to advertise kill rights. Otherwise how do people know one is available?
The point is not to have to replace it in the first place.
This is the place for that. However, once you advertise it, eventually someone is going to look into why. 
There’s an overview setting for those who care. Most of us don’t, so it’s not enabled by default.

If you make it available to all then he can just get an alt and gank himself…which for 10m ISK is probably worth it for a kill, given that there’s no Concord or clone tags etc involved.
I chased a kill right yesterday in Uedama. Kills rights show up as a red bulls-eye type icon in Local. So everyone in system knows there is a kill right. But you have to have the guy actually in the overview to claim the kill right. Alas I was not fast enough. But practice makes perfect…and thats precisely why I engage in suspect/criminal/kill rights hunting.
So I should be charging more? It’s just weird to me why anyone would be willing to pay for a kill right. But then I’m not that type of player. Years ago I was in a roaming gank fleet and I didn’t like it. Not my style. But to each their own. At least if the guy does kill himself with an alt, he is paying me the 10 mil and not getting the money himself, like in the old system.

I don’t really care. As I said I just posted to let people know the kill right was available. I had no idea Pilot Bob was your alt. I have no idea who you are, for that matter. Either someone will buy the kill right or not. I’m not expecting it to happen, but maybe someone will and then I’ll get a little extra money. Whatever.

We don’t think that is true though as there are grammar errors on Pilot Bob bio even though he is still a sleazebag according to the locator agent.
If you include clone tags, Concord fee, etc, then a gank in a top DPS T2 Catalyst ( which can do 850 DPS or so…I have a bunch of them ) costs around 20m ISK anyway. So 10m ISK for a kill right is cheap by comparison, and 20m is around the sort of figure anyone flying that T2 Cat would pay in the first place to gank you.
Bear in mind its not just a ‘kill’ but likely a solo one. Some might pay more for the chance to solo kill a ganker, but as most gankers fly Catlysts or Coercers there’s zero profit in it.
You’d probably be better off putting that 10m ISK into buying a Catalyst and ganking the ganker. Though don’t do it at a stargate as those gate guns would save Concord the job of zapping you. Personally I’m not keen to incur the wrath of Aiko…as I operate largely in the same territory.
No, it’s fine, he can try to gank me all day. In fact, I’ll make it worthwhile, offering 10 million isk to @Mykal_Omara if and when he manages to find me.
