The fee is an evasion compensation metric. The normal fee covers normal targets, many of whom are AFK and the standard rate generally covers my time, cost of ships involved, and security tag fees. Unfortunately, in this case, the target is actively evading which requires the use of a covert ops team to monitor the target. This higher fee covers that additional activity and, in particular, covers the purchase of a covert ops vessel which will be maintained in the target system. Please refer to the fee schedule where you will find the listed evasion compensation metric fee.
You didn’t mention anything about that extra fee in the first post. All there is 500mil for Orca kill. Also I told you there’s a freelance job in the system which award you 900mil bonus for killing target. There are three possible targets and i could add one more name, that’ is muustang (double u). I’m not going to send you more isk. Do the job or return the isk, otherwise I consider you a scammer.
Edit : you know what, I will send you that additional 100mil AFTER you finish the job. And if you proved yourself trustworthy, there will be a lot more kill orders from me.

It is rude and i hate to be rude, but it is accurate because you changed ta contract without informing the other side then refuse to finish the job. I am even willing to send you that additional 100mil fee after you finish the job, and I will repeat this : there’s a foken 900mil freelance job in the system for the target’s head. How this is not good enough?

If my word as a shareholder is worth anything in this debate, I can honestly say I have never known Aiko to scam anyone. I and dozens of others are very pleased with the service she has provided. If you read her post you’ll see she explained why the covert fee is a reasonable necessity in situations such as this.
I would trust Aiko with larger sums of money than a measly 500m, and indeed I have. She delivers.
