Minmatar Liberation Day - Normal vs Elite Sites

Hello there,

I haven’t found yet any info about the difference between these two sites.
Ive ran quite a lot of data sites in both HS and LS/NS but was completley dissapointed by accelerator drop rates.
I’d curious what’s the difficulty rate of the Elites sites and more so the accelerator drop rates.
