should put a notification on the Launcher 3 days to a week before the new mirror is online. wouldn’t have known it was mirrored if i had just happened to log into the test server.
We restore the full copy of TQDB - 3.5 TB, then run a bunch of scripts to prep it for Test Server duty. This ends up changing a ton of data, which is why it takes some hours to run.
