So I was testing out a buffer fit Gila in abyss sites the other day and encountered the Karen+Scylla spawn with heavy neuts on scylla cruiser and no ephialtes. For the fit I have a nos to make sure that the neut does not shut my resist down immidiately. But I failed to drain any cap from these NPCs even after my cap was dry, Lucky for me I am already orbiting karen on 500m so I did not die, but later I do checked eve ref for NPC stats.

As shown in links above, it suprised me that these NPCs do not even have a cap amount and cap recharge time attribute, which explains why the nos did not work at all (even if I nos my own drone when cap is dry I can get 1GJ or something like that, but for these NPC it is straight 0GJ all the time).
Is this a bug? Or an intentional design for abyssal drifter spawn? Cuz I also checked other spawns, only drifter does not have cap attribute, and only drifter in abyss sites do not have these, drifter response outside abyss do have cap attributes.
