Grind L1 distribution for storylines. Skill into diplomacy if you have not. You only need to be above -2.00 modified and have the starting corp at 5.00 modified to do an epic arc

2024 update 
So 2024 went by really fast and I have to admit that I had slightly higher expectations in terms of missions done than what I managed, but grinding several corps from base standings at below -9 is pretty hard work 
The good thing (even though i might already be behind my decade plan) is that I felt no burn out at any point. The plan was to enjoy Eve and do what I want on any given day…so alot of time was also spent on indusrty, mining, trading, exploration ect.

Do the Soe Epic every 90 days for faction standing of choise.
If able, use alts to do more Soe Epic’s and fleet up with you main before turning in the last mission to share standings.
I have a 2 screen setup and do Soe Epic’s with 2 toons simultaneously which saves a lot of time as you have to travel very far.
At -4.36 Faction Standing, you can still safely enter their space…
