I cannot pass this mission.
I wait even 1 hour for one skill to finish, and nothing even happend.
What i am doing wrong?
My recollection about this problem is admittedly vague, so I’m willing to be wrong on this, but I did have an alt with this same problem once. As I (dimly) recall, I logged out, logged back in, tried another skill and it worked.

Have you tried to drag and drop skill to the queue?
Could you try to do it with existing skill from upper section of this window or buy brand new skill to drag and drop it to training queue?
If none of these methods does not work, you can write a request to the support team.
