Skill training finished but not really

Just finished training cruise missile V. It clearly shows in the log it is done however it is stuck saying that i need to train 21 more hours. I can’t add it to the skill queue and I cant train specialization skills. I have screenshots if you want

bug fixed itself after DT. Still should be investigated for future people
