Years back when resource wars were added a lot of mining ships were given skins matching the factions. This was a neat idea and really helped if you wanted to make a unified mining fleet or were into RP but it was never expanded.
One place I think would benefit the most from this is FW. while most aren’t going to limit themselfs to only flying ships of their faction there are a lot that would go out of their way to skin their ships for it.
