if you filament in with your stiletto and lokis and only kill an epithal, mtu, or barge. you cannot filament out until you attack at least one combat ship.
after using a filament you are polarized and cannot cloak
if you filament in and smack talk in local, your next filament takes you to an active war front location
let solo pilots (insert hole rollers here) use filament whether in a fleet or not
feel free to add more nonsense to the list and enchourage actual pvp content from filament use.
