Mysterious Royal Khanid Navy ship reportedly sighted. Possible new weapon?

News reaches Gutter Press of a strange sighting of a Royal Khanid Navy vessel in the Irmalin system !

The vessel, reportedly sporting the name RKN “Garkeh’s Hammer”, appeared to be a modified Armageddon-type ship, with “unusual protrusions” according to a local capsuleer pilot.

The ship, spotted at the Royal Khanid Navy’s testing facilities in Irmalin, a relatively quiet system in low-security Kingdom space, was seemingly engaged in space trials such as engine power testing and berthing trials, possibly indicating the ship was recently built or refitted.

The “unusual protrusions” appeared to be lightweight domes covering and concealing the ships normal weapon mounts, and prevented any determination of what, if any, weapon systems the ship was fitted with.

Inquiries within the system did not reveal any further information, with a RKN officer on the Irmalin Testing Facilities station stating “I am unaware of any such ship or weapon system, nor would I be inclined to discuss such a weapon if it did, in fact, exist”.

Discussions on the Kingdom’s social media platforms revealed a range of opinions.

“Strange to conceal the weaponry unless it’s experimental secret weapons”, opined one commentator on a military-themed gaming discussion forum.
“Garkeh’s Hammer is a name I’ve heard before, when I was at finishing school in Kihtaled”, said a Kingdom socialite on a 3-D chat forum for corset enthusiasts. “But that was in the context of a nickname for the King’s naughty bits, when everyone was wanting to be the next royal concubine”.
“With God on our side, we shall punish the Sabik worlds with this weapon”, opined a retired RKN officer on a forum for military veterans. “Not one brick left atop another, not one blade of grass left standing”.
“I’m sure King Farokh has a great plan for this, whatever it is”, said a yak cheese producer on an agricultural forum.

Oh, good, I see I’m not the only one whose immediate thought on “Garkeh’s Hammer” was that the hammer was his, well, you know.
