It’s a shipyard. Nothing incredible about that and definitely not worth my traveling to Caldari space.

The Chinese server is getting a new thing where you can roll ships for modifiers.

The new ship is being built elsewhere in an ORE facility. Auviken upwell structure is building an orbital structure. Chemal Tech is working on new Clone tech in Ourslette (SP). Upwell is working on several projects in different locations.

It’s sov though…(or crappy R4 moons). It’s not that it’s gated, just that it has nothing to do with non-sov null.
Null has also not gotten an expansion based on null in YEARS. We have had Trig expansions, FW updates, Pirates, etc and null had gotten nothing.
