I accepted the strange Plex for Isk FREE (???=10 Plexes deducted from my wallet instantly after)
It said something like Pay 1 Plex. receive 10… Plexes??? Billion Isks???
I checked and I lost 10 Plexes, gained no isks, and had nothing in exchange that I noticed…
What was that???

Do you always buy stuff without reading what it is? Or did you not understand the advertisement in the news?
If you are Omega, then you have two offers in the NES: One where you get 10 PLEX for free and another one where you get 7 days Omega for 10 PLEX.
If you are not Omega, then you have one offer in the NES: get 7 days of Omega for 10 PLEX.
Just read and understand before you click?

there was a small text in the description which was telling everything and the exact opposite…

There is a big picture showing an Omega sign and a “7”? How can you miss that? Or did you in fact get the other offer? Have you been Omega before accepting?
If not, then you now have made a bad decision by accepting it early. Otherwise you could have used it to get the some more omega daily login gifts retroactively…since that promo runs for more than 7 days.
I just have seen that you joined 2019…so you should be familiar with that promotion type…it was already given in the same way for the last 3-4 expansions or something…
My Omega was ending tonight, and I just bought a 400 Plex 1 -month offer one minute earlier -
It popped up right after i made the purchase and didn’t bear the 7 days sign…
So what did I buy for 10 plex? Nothing??? Zero???
For 10 PLEX you have bought the 7 days…let me login a different account and screenshot the offer. Can’t give you the shot of the 10 PLEX for free…used that one already and don’t have it on another account currently…so someone else needs to screenshot that for you…
Maybe you also got it wrong and accepted the other offer? Then 10 PLEX were not substracted but added?
In any case, this expansion brought a log of PLEX transactions reachable in the Wallet if you click on the PLEX icon and switch tab to transactions:
Here you should see what you did…
Then you got the other offer giving you 10 PLEX…check my post above for the new transaction log to check…

How is it thrown away? You should have also both offers in the store and be able to claim both?
If you had waited for the omega to expire, you would not have had been given the offer for the 10 PLEX for free.
My Main don’t have the 7 days offer as of now, my second char has it tho…
Maybe tomorrow will show up.
