If you check the Plex Vault it shows you the current offer for Omega.
For me 425 Plex.
If you click on it you land on the OMEGA Page which
is creditcard per default.
→ I HAVE CLICKED PLEX and have the amount needed so NO NEED to CREDIT CARD me.
Also it pushes you out uf EVE into the Browser.
The Offer in the OMEGA Window was 500 Plex with some goodies.
→ There is no Information where to find the offer for 425 Plex. (NES)
This is awful desgin, since you pull the 425 PLEX and rediect to OMEGA which shows 500 Plex.
Sorry but get your offers right and link them.
A new player will stuck here ask why he needs to pay additional 75 Plex if the System shows 425.
Also it is bad move to force me to use Credit Card in first place.
How it should be:
If i come from an plex background, i want to pay with plex.
I missing PLEX, push me to the PLEX market than ask me if i want to buy missing plex with a credit card.
Everything else feels greedy and is ■■■■. If you want to have PREMIUM than please serve me as KING and Queeen and not as a MILK COW.
The only way I can go out of the game to the website to buy PLEX is if I instead of clicking the second button I click the one on the right: ‘Buy PLEX’.
This brings me to the EVE store website for PLEX.
Are you sure you didn’t accidentally click that button rather than the Omega offer?
If yes, then the bug likely is that CCP linked the wrong thing to the buttons for that 425 offer.
Also strange that Credit Card is forced; when I get to that page from the PLEX button I get to choose the payment option.
where I can then check out 1 month of Omega with my current payment methods.
It isn’t until I cancel the EVE screen that I get a new screen where I can choose between paying with money or PLEX, can buy more PLEX or see other offers:
I wonder just how is this not to comprehend? The button is for adding Omega time, just like it says: “Add Omega game time”. Not for adding particular days of Omega in a constant way, like always 30 days.
Therefore it just shows the lowest way of PLEX needed to get Omega. This of course meant to show 10 PLEX for the recent 10 PLEX Omega offer, where you got those 7 days. If you took this offer then it shows the next lowest offer for Omega once your Omega has run out. And just like that it has also possibly shown 425 PLEX for Mastery Level 2 pack with 14 days of Omega while it was discounted. So it is likely you already bought the Master Level 1 pack if its value was not shown as the lowest PLEX price to get Omega.
Only if no offers below 500 PLEX are available for your particular account, it will show the standard PLEX price of 500 PLEX.
