People misunderstand what the games about for the most part. The level of attn needed is to much for most who just want to relax. I go to other games myself when I want that. Not EVE. The problem is that’s there’s no really comparable game which makes people want to play it anyway. Thats what killed the game. The toilet just hasn’t finished flushing yet.

That doesnt make their ships capable of entering warp, travelling and exiting faster than the actual minimum speed capable. Destroyers and Pocket Battleships are NOT super manueverable.

destroyers are pretty quick and you know it. in a perfect situation everyone has faster than human reflexes and can begin to warp the exact second they see known gankers enter system. I for one mine a lot because i take medication to manage pain that also reduce my reflex capabilities.
I dont have multiple accounts. the people I fly with do. was i not clear about that? my only alts are alpha since i cant afford to subscribe them and my computer cant run multiple accounts.

No not really, they have all the disadvantages of a frigate and cruiser combined, and Ganker Destroyers are NOT built for speed, they are built for blam. THey cannot enter warp, travel, and land on you faster than you can leave.
So the action you took was to befriend people who can help you. THats one of many many actions you can take to stop yourself being ganked, and you did it.

And if you’re watching local, tag all the gank corps red and start to aline out just in case that (insert number of choice here) neutral group is a gank squad. Then you can get out. No finer feeling to see them land on grid while you warp out. Although I do keep my mouth shut since I don’t want them to come back.
