The only way a megathread could ever work is if its tightly and instantly moderated. That’s never going to happen. Sadly this will actually be worse than the regular gank related threads, though I think Shipwreck Jones mean well.

In my experience, they will never use violence against each other. Even during the days of cheap wars they wouldn’t.
There was a lot of staring at each other across the system and/or local smack-talk/cursing though.
