Ganking != griefing and CCP has said as much in the Fanfest that just happened.
Just stay in your nullsec safe space and no one will ever be able to gank you.

Go look up killmails, tanked skiffs get ganked too. So does empty JF’s

Yes, empty JF’s are an expensive killmail so are almost always gank targets in high sec.
That’s what make EVE a small game despite its age, and slowly dying. The wow crash is due to FF 14 getting more popular is all. Griefing only made it hard for EVE for no good reason.
