Cannot add account to launcher due to “network error occurred during authentication” bug. At the same time login to singularity server with the same account works without issues. LogLite shows several errors like:
Hi, I am also having the same issue. EveLotLite has this error:
error: Failed to load https://login.eveonline.com/v2/oauth/token: No ‘Access-Control-Allow-Origin’ header is present on the requested resource. Origin ‘https ://launcher.eveonline.com’ is therefore not allowed access. The response had HTTP status code 403. 0 https ://launcher.eveonline.com/6-0-x/6.4.8.1/
No “Access-Control-Allow-Origin” is a google reCaptcha problem with at least 5 year history. hCaptcha seems a clone (or wrap?) with all bugs of the original. This is not internet connectivity issue, but implementation. Here is example how to fix it. Found this link from another discussion thread.
also: Help Center is not working for me, the layout defaults to flat HTML and none of the links work. Two cold restarts later and a full network reset and still no joy. Can’t launch the client and can’t access the Help Center to put in a ticket. Other games and websites are working normally.
[update: I can get on Singularity. NAE occurs when I try to log in to TQ.]
