If you claim solely that “25% is around 33%” then you can as well claim that “100% is around 0%”.

yeah… if you claim that two numbers that are around each other are around each other that’s the same as saying two numbers on opposite ends of the scale are around each other.

Since you are not using a precise definition for what is “around” and what is not, yes.

In that case you are actually claiming that the peak is “around 33%” while the peak is exactly at 25%, which lead people to believe that the peak is actually at 33% - which is wrong.

but if we use context… like anyone who is taught before entering the first grade then the definition of around becomes clear as

“approximately; about.”

And in the context, 33% being about 25% means 100% is about 0% : it makes no sense at all.

The peak IS 25%, NOT around 33%.
