New Char not arrived in my account

Hi All,

sent ISK on a new char, all done by the book via forum and Eve Mail, dude stated in both that he had started the transfer, 36 hrs later i still have no new char in my account, support ticket gone unanswered for over 24 hrs, is there anything more i can do?

its a bit of a flawed system, cant contact the player in game as they have no access if transferred, cant contact them on forum as they have no access, grrr

It takes up to 14 DAYS right now.

you should get it in 14 days, not 24-36 hours as always
