We got some new emoji to react to posts it seems

:heart: :+1: :laughing: :open_mouth: :clap: :confetti_ball: and :hugs:

Now none of these are particularly negative, and we do need a :-1: equivalent.

Thus I propose we use :clap: to be a slow handclap and :confetti_ball: to mean ‘balls’

And you have to wait 25 seconds if you try to change the emoji… New achievement: “Earned First Reaction”. So “Balls” :confetti_ball: is now the “unofficial” downvote equivalent?

I think I’m going to like this. Now we just need the “thumbs down” emoji… Hey, only it only took 9 years from the various forum requests! Progress! lol

I think I like this over the other parsed/thread change they were experimenting with…

So when we’re out of hearts we can now give a thumbs up?

Or are thumbs also part of the same resource as hearts?

Only when you change/reassign a different emoji.

I don’t care for them. I never use emojis, so I only need one single reaction for posts I like. I don’t care if that emoji is hearts, thumbs up, or whatever.

What about this one: image would you not use it if it was a custom emoji available here? :thinking:
