This is the first time I’ve been on the new forums. I’ve gone to the corp/alliance section for create a recruitment post for my corp, but I can’t make a new topic. Why is this?

@discobot has a bunch of “newbie tutorial” tasks for you, which, if you do, you get a badge and unrestricted access to post.
Click your picture in the upper right corner of the forums and find the discobot message, click it, and go from there. Basically it’s a scripted tutorial. Stupid, but required.
