Ok it seems to be lost on me, where do you buy the plans for the new ships and weapons. I am in zarzakh and see nothing. Do you have to join the Revenant faction and buy from their loyalty store?
If so, how do you join the faction?

The New Ships are gated behind Zarakh faction standings.
You move there and build your empire before being accepted into their mercenary status.
That will unlock special mission agencies that will offer a new vendor that accepts Deathless Credits.

Deathless ships are available exclusively as blueprint copies from Deathless item traders, which can be found in Zarzakh. Players can turn in Atavums found in exploration sites, and Encrypted Infomorphs from mercenary dens to purchase them.
I tried trading in Zarzakh last night, but my hull kept dissolving.

Yes. Basically a toxic cloud.
I just don’t know if it has anything to do with standings.

Not while docked.
You get a warning after you undock.
Something about gravity protection.

Can we get this on Jita for players with low security status? lol

Or simply lock the gates, based on sec status.

As I sped away (my travel ceptor has no guns) it gave me a warning that I was leaving that protection.
Then…my hull started dissolving.
